Ansal Api Infrastructure — non construction of flats in aastha apartments booked in feb 2009

I had booked a 2 bhk flat in feb 2009 in aastha apartments ansal api lucknow. They booked total 1600 flats of 1/2 bhk in above project. Even after 09 years, they don't intend to construct above houses since cost of land & construction cost has gone up many fold.
