Ansal Api Infrastructure — not giving possession in ansal golf city lucknow

I have transferred a plot on re sell basis and plot no k2- 86 in octobet 2011 and it was told by ansal that possession of plot will be given within 2 years but after 7 years i am not getting any reply.
