I ordered the jumpsuit on 5th jan 2020 and was suppose to come to me by 20th jan
There is no helpline or tracking link to track the order, their website does not function and the mail bounces back, so i feel that they have cheated on me.
Since the dress seemed on heavy discount, i assumed that this is the reason they will not accept cod and i did not mind paying it while placing the order but with so many complaints for this website, i have realized they are frauds. Received an email confirming order no. 25711 from. Email id [protected]@gmail.com
Never was this delivered. No responses even after several follow up emails and messages to Instagram account.
Please help me get a refund.
