I have received the wrong package, my order was for a combo deal consisting of bluetooth earphones, bluetooth headphones and bluetooth ear buds.

Instead i have recd, a watch, a memory card and a usb drive. Deliver the products that i ordered and have paid for or refund the amount.

When i called their delhi office, they were unable to provide any support. They could not give me the address of their branch office in mumbai, the delivery staff's mobile no provided doesn't have incoming call facility. I then searched and managed to get a contact of their mumbai representative through the internet, but that person also was unable to provide any solution and was even more confused about their entire processes and services.

We are running an E-commerce Website named www.glamsterr.com and as our delivery partner we, unfortunately, chosen Anteair logistics which was our biggest mistake so far. one of their Executive Mr. Amit Jha (Ph. no. - [protected]) who helped us in setting up our account for shipping our products, but after facing a ton of problems in uploading data now they have started cheating us on C.O.D remittance, they have misplaced around 45 to 50 packets of our company which cost us around 200000 INR and In most of the cases they show fake remarks of customers when they R.T.O any product (they show "consignee refuse to accept the product" without even contacting customer) although Mr. Ravi Kant and Mr. Ravi Mathur shows their concern to resolve our problems but they are also unable to do that so far.

Now if we talk about the Delivery performance of anteair than 35 % to 40 % is the maximum R.T.O percentage but in case of Anteair this percentage increases to 75 % because they intentionally do that to charge their clients for round trip of product .
