I have received the wrong package, my order was for a combo deal consisting of bluetooth earphones, bluetooth headphones and bluetooth ear buds.
Instead i have recd, a watch, a memory card and a usb drive. Deliver the products that i ordered and have paid for or refund the amount.
When i called their delhi office, they were unable to provide any support. They could not give me the address of their branch office in mumbai, the delivery staff's mobile no provided doesn't have incoming call facility. I then searched and managed to get a contact of their mumbai representative through the internet, but that person also was unable to provide any solution and was even more confused about their entire processes and services.
