I had bought this piece o[censored]seless piece of machine during May 2024.

It has not even been a year, in fact 8 months when this stopped working. On registering with their customer service, there was a huge delay and then one fine day a service technician turned up, did something in a hurry and made it work.

But it turned out that this geyser worked only when he was around and after he closed the complaint and left, didn't even turn on but also started leaking.

After so long a delay, because this is a failure model and the spare parts are not available that easily, the technician turned up again after two weeks or so. (Imagine what will you do for two weeks if your geyser is not working!)

On second time, when he was obviously more focussed, it turned out that this model is completely rusted and certain parts had bulged and failed without being able to bare the heat, in a geyser!!!

If you ever want a geyser, THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A O SMITH!!!
