AO Smith — Unethical Behaviour for geyser installation

I am writing to follow up on the installation of the geyser I purchased on May 7, 2025. The promised 48-hour installation window has now passed.

My Service Request Number is 21067263

Initially, the technician who visited indicated that he could not proceed with the installation because he lacked a ladder and suggested that I would need to purchase one myself. I explained that having the necessary equipment for standard installations, such as a geyser that typically requires a ladder, should be the responsibility of the installation team.

It has now been four days since this initial visit, and I have not received any updates regarding when the installation will be scheduled.

Could you please provide an update on the status of my installation and let me know when I can expect it to be completed?
