AO Smith — Useless AO Smith One Touch and Manipulative Service Engineers

I have tried booking service in December 23, Jan 24 and now on Feb 24. Either the One touch app does not work and 2 times the service engineers keep promising to come home to check the machine but never tune up. I also used the escalate option but absolutely useless. Today the customer service rep was forcing me to pay the AMC to get the engineer to come home. I clearly told him that I will not pay unless the engineer comes home. This seems like a scam.
