AO Smith — water heater under warranty

On 20th March I have launched a complain with the reference number 20714597 for the water heater installed at my house at Olivia B wing Neelkant wood Verratton, Manpada Thane 400610. The Water heater was bought from Vijay Sales in May/June 2022 and the water tank in the heater was leaking.

According to the purchase conditions the water tank has 5 years warranty and I expected someone to replace it soon. However even ater repeated follow ups there has been zero response or action on my ticket.

My mother stays at this place and she is 75 year old struggling to have warm water for bath.

I am tired chasing the technicians and would really appreciate if you can fix this asap before I go to consumer forum to claim a huge compensation for this poor services.
