We have been requesting a filter replacement for the past three service visits over the last three days. Our incoming water TDS is ~800, and the filters have not been replaced for nearly a year, despite us having an active AMC costing approximately ₹4, 000.
Instead of addressing the actual issue, every service visit involves only discharging water and superficial external cleaning, which is misleadingly labelled as “service.” No meaningful maintenance or filter replacement is carried out.
The situation is made worse by the behaviour of the service supervisor, Mr. Ram Prajapt (Jaipur office), who has been extremely arrogant, rash, and unreasonable. Interacting with him has been difficult and unproductive, and repeated attempts to explain the issue have been completely ignored.
We can clearly taste a difference in the water, yet the service team continues to refuse filter replacement without any valid justification. This is deeply concerning given the high TDS level and the health implications involved.
This has been a highly disappointing experience, and choosing this company has been a major mistake. At this point, the purifier’s output water feels no better than tap water, making the entire product and AMC ineffective.
