APDCL — Complaint Regarding Frequent Power Cuts at Bishnurabha Path, Beltola Tiniali

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the continuous and frequent power cuts in our area — Bishnurabha Path, Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati.

For the last two weeks, residents of our locality have been facing unbearable electricity issues. Despite raising multiple complaints through the 1912 helpline, the problem still remains unresolved. Every time, different reasons are given, but no permanent solution has been provided.

Sometimes the power cuts continue for 3–4 hours continuously, and at other times the electricity goes off repeatedly every 2–4 minutes, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially in the middle of the city.
This situation is affecting our daily lives, work, studies, and electronic appliances. We request APDCL to kindly look into this matter seriously and resolve the issue permanently at the earliest.
