          Everytime apdcl is sending bill which is more than expected..I dont know how they are calculating on what basis..for 1 month bill has come 1700 inr when no one stays at home hardly 1 or 2 people..n they dont consume that much electricity.. this is so frustrating every month bill has been cleared n still they are sending high amount of bill..resolve this issue asap..

                  Power is always cut off for no reason at all. It has been hours since the power has gone, but there's no hope of it returning back tonight, or maybe for another 2-3 days. This is not the first time it's happening. It has been like a tradition. If only wind blows, power is gone for the whole day. Owing to this, people have to face numerous problems, one of them being no water supply for a whole day or even two days. The concerned helpline numbers aren't of any help whatsoever.
                  Neither of these numbers- [protected] & [protected] receive calls from consumers ever. I would request you to kindly look into the matter, and take necessary steps as early as it possibly can be on your part.

                      The electric line is going just above my house construction and it is very near to our house . It is very dangerous and risky to my house, my family as it is very near . The electricians are now doing work for new line but they are not giving any response to our problem . We want the electric line to be away from our house as the rainy season has come.                           I am a resident of jorhat na-ali bnk path ward no 17 bearing aseb consumer account number [protected] have a complaint regarding the personal who is liable for producing the bill using the electronic device by analyzing the units consumed per month.
                          This person visits my place after every three to two months intervals. Last month i went to the aseb office queued in the line made my duplicate bill out there and again queued for another hour and paid my bill.
                          Towards the end of the month i saw that person taking readings of the metres and producing bills in my locality and i politely asked him to visit my home and produce my bill but that arrogant person replied rudely that not now i know when where to go.
                          Belonging from a middle class family it's really impossible for me to pay bills for months together as it gets a bigger amount and it is really hard to get stand in line for half a day and produce a bill in the office which they provide according to their wish without any meter reading. Please look after the matter and help me out of this situation.
                          My cons. ID [protected] was used successfully to pay bill online till last month, but this month bill can not be paid as same cons.ID shows invalid cons.ID and can not be proceeded further. Pl rectify the issue so that I can pay bill online.

                            I would like to inform you that since from last 10 to 15 days, may be more of that, power has been continuously cut off for 5 to 6 times a day. Whenever we called the office, they just give some illogical excuses than after 15 minutes they gave power and maximum time they didnot respond phone calls. Request you to please look over these issue on priority otherwise its been hard to stay here.

                            Location is barbari, vip road, our board location is sixmile..
                            The electricity bill is highly inconsistent, for 1 month sometimes it is ₹98 while on another it is ₹3690

                              What the hell is with this. Can't you all provide good electricity after we are paying bill in time before the due date. Why every morning electricity get cutted?... Every morning for 1-2 hour u cut. I just don't understand, why?.. I dn't think rain, thunderstorm, earthquake occur every morning. Because you guys, cut the electricity at those time before when it occurred. But every morning cutting electricity is not genuine. You are giving problems with that. No one is free. Everyone has to do something. I hope you better listen and work on it. Before citizens criticize you.. Work on it. It's your job to provide electricity not problems.
                              From last September till November 2019 excess billing amount .we are not staying from last seven months but the billing amount is always high. How they can put any amount without confirming. Kindly look into the matter . Consumer I'd. [protected]

                                This is with regards to bill no.[protected] dt.
                                08.07.2019 against consumer no. [protected] which was raised for rs.21012.00 showing a consumption of 2520 units for one month. The actual consumption read from the meter on 06.08.2019 was only 658 units. When i approached the authority with the complaint, they told me that the power supply has a bypass but they did not show me any video clips. I was directed to pay the amount with an additional amount of rs.1313.00 for replacement of new energy meter. I paid the amount vide receipt no. [protected] dt.09.08.2019 but they did not receive the payment for new meter. Now again, they have raised a bill for rs.29697.00 including the outstanding arrears projecting a current consumption of 1100 units. It is very heartening to say that the meter is feeding only the construction activities of my new house. Interestingly, the present bill neither speaks anything about previous and current meter readings however, the status of meter is shown as working. I would therefore request the concerned authority to dispute a meter reader to verify the condition of meter, take the current reading in the presence of me or my representative and if required carryout testing of meter as per provisions of aerc.

                                  With due respect i (Rajib deka) on behalf of rajeswari deka like to inform you that the electricity connection was disconnected from transformer on dated 04/jul/2019 without any kind of notice. Sir some consumer of our area did not pay the electricity bill, but the concern company disconnected the power supply from transformer for that the another consumers which were paying the bill on time they also not avail the service of electricity. Sir we did not receive the electricity bill regularly, so it was not possible to pay bill on time. We almost paid the outstanding bill amount of our area. After that we didn't get the connection. Regarding this matter we give a lots of request to sdo for continue the power supply. And we physically meet him on dated[protected], but ignore our request.                                       This is to bring into your notice that we are not getting proper voltage in our area inspite of regular complaint. Our division falls under tezpur sub division ii and the concern sdo is mr. Biman haloi, dgm is mr. Pankaj saikia. After repeated complaints from last one year and 3 months non of the authority of apdcl couldn't provide solution. We are paying for what we don't get. As a consumer we are paying electricity bill inspite of not getting voltage which is around 110 to 125 instead of 200 to 220. Non of the electrical/electronic things work properly. Few machine have gone bad and damaged due to very low voltage.
                                      Every time give excuses one after the another.
                                      People of the area are suffering and two people have died due to heatstroke.

                                      Requesting to look into the matter at the earliest and take appropriate action against the concern person and department.

                                          Apdcl needs to stop load shedding, being biased at the cost of the poor people. I am a working employee in one of psbs posted in jagiroad. As i am pursuing my higher studies i find it hard to prepare myself with this irregularities in supply of electricity. You are only making the underdeveloped areas at stagnant position with your service. Show your corporate responsibility towards upliftment of the poor with yourself being a public sector undertaking. Dont let your service be a dissapointment like those of bsnl, astc, hpcl providers else other competitors are always ready to overtake you.

                                              I am living in a private society known as celebrity garden, sushant golf city, ansal api, lucknow. My problem is that my prepaid electricity meter (Secure) got busted in the night approx 3:00 am on 13th march, 2019. They changed the meter and charged us for meter change is rs. 10500. My old meter balance was rs. 17000/-. I am telling them to transfer the amount into my new meter but they are telling that this is long process to transfer the amount and we are unable to access your previous balance so you have to recharge again. First recharge done by my is rs. 1000 in cash now they are telling to do more recharge instead of transferring the amount into my new meter.

                                              Sir i am unable to get more recharge because this is out of my budget. Please do the needful and take the necessary action to get the issue resolved asap.

                                                I m very disappointed to inform that the whole mayong area is suffering from heavy power cut from the last 2 3 years. Power cut particularly at night is sometimes creating a panic situation among the people of mayong. Students cannot do late night study. Senior citizens find difficulty in doing the works. Even housewives face a lot of hardship due to power cut. Please take a necessary action in this matter.

                                                  Dear sir, i am very sorry to inform you that i have not been given energy bill last three month. I went to meet assistant manager, morigaon to lodge complaints for two time but i fail to meet him.. The assistant manager is very indiscipline person. He was found absent every time. If bill is not supplied to consumer how consumer pay bill. So work culture should be good.

                                                      After i recharged my prepaid meter, the website went down and i was unable to download the voucher code. But the payment was successful and i received transaction code for my payment as well. The website was down for 3 whole days and then when it went live the voucher code was not shown. I tried contacting the customer support but they are unable to provide me with the voucher code as well saying they do not find any details of my payment. I am sure this is a back end issue, where they do not have proper backup of the details as well as the voucher code generated. It is very disappointing to hear such a thing from a govt. Office where they spent huge amount of money to get things working. But at they end this is the result.

                                                      Also let me mention, please check the mybijulee app as well. Even that is not working now.

                                                        I want to state that the electricmeter of aseb was burnt and had been changed but still the reading is not updated in office and estimated bill is given to me and paying a huge amount. And while i approached office they said i had pay bill whatever it is or they will disconnect it. They show the government employees power

                                                        This is wrong current bill with observe previous in KWh and current in KWh
                                                        From last two days power supply cut during study time...why this power cut is going on daily in dipila rajghat area..solve this prblm immediately.. Bcz hslc and hs exam is coming near...thanx
