Apdcl of N.Lakhimpur has provided a unusual bill of worth rs 11901.00 for the month march 2021 . which is impossible as electric connection is only domestic purpose....

1)I have recharge my prepaid meter in the date of 8-3-2021 of rs 500 didn't get vouchar code.
2)Now i have recharge on the date of[protected] didint get any vouchar code
I have alredy registered complaint...

I am a resident of Gorchuk-pamohi road. Guwahati 781035. My land is the 2nd plot at right if approached from gorchuk chariali. There is a dangerously hanging pole just in front of my small assam type house, causing a threat to the life and propery of me and my family members. I therefore request the concerned authority to tend to the matter, without further delay....

I have recharged an amount of 1000 Rs prepaid meter recharge of APDCL. but money is debited from my account and voucher code is not generated.
how will I get my voucher code...

Everytime apdcl is sending bill which is more than expected..I dont know how they are calculating on what basis..for 1 month bill has come 1700 inr when no one stays at home hardly 1 or 2 people..n they dont consume that much electricity.. this is so frustrating every month bill has been cleared n still they are sending high amount of bill..resolve this issue asap.....

Power is always cut off for no reason at all. It has been hours since the power has gone, but there's no hope of it returning back tonight, or maybe for another 2-3 days. This is not the first time it's happening. It has been like a tradition. If only wind blows, power is gone for the whole day. The electric line is going just above my house construction and it is very near to our house . It is very dangerous and risky to my house, my family as it is very near . I dilwar hussain choudhury complaining about the service of electricity board as the transformer which our electricity connected, that's transformer is totally covered by jungles or tree's if any accidents happen who will be responsible for the accident.. Please don't be late and clean up the jungle around the transformer...

I am a resident of jorhat na-ali bnk path ward no 17 bearing aseb consumer account number [protected] have a complaint regarding the personal who is liable for producing the bill using the electronic device by analyzing the units consumed per month.
This person visits my place after every three to two months intervals. Last month i went to the aseb office queued in the line made my duplicate bill out there...

I would like to inform you that since from last 10 to 15 days, may be more of that, power has been continuously cut off for 5 to 6 times a day. Whenever we called the office, they just give some illogical excuses than after 15 minutes they gave power and maximum time they didnot respond phone calls. Sir some consumer of our area did not pay the electricity bill, but the concern company disconnected the power supply from transformer for that the another consumers which were paying the bill on time they also not avail...

Respect concerns
This is to bring into your notice that we are not getting proper voltage in our area inspite of regular complaint. Our division falls under tezpur sub division ii and the concern sdo is mr. Biman haloi, dgm is mr. Pankaj saikia. After repeated complaints from last one year and 3 months non of the authority of apdcl couldn't provide solution. We are paying for what we don't get. As a consumer we are paying electricity...

Please supply regulars current at night.every night current goes for hours at mid night which hampers my sleep of small child .she is suffering from fever .even it hampers my work and study..please don't dissapoint us who could not afford an inverter ..please provide uninterrupted supply for the betterment of the needy people like me... your service is worthless when you fail to help lower strata...

Apdcl needs to stop load shedding, being biased at the cost of the poor people. I am a working employee in one of psbs posted in jagiroad. As i am pursuing my higher studies i find it hard to prepare myself with this irregularities in supply of electricity. You are only making the underdeveloped areas at stagnant position with your service. Show your corporate responsibility towards upliftment of the poor with yourself being a public sector...

After i recharged my prepaid meter, the website went down and i was unable to download the voucher code. But the payment was successful and i received transaction code for my payment as well. The website was down for 3 whole days and then when it went live the voucher code was not shown. I tried contacting the customer support but they are unable to provide me with the voucher code as well saying...

I want to state that the electricmeter of aseb was burnt and had been changed but still the reading is not updated in office and estimated bill is given to me and paying a huge amount. And while i approached office they said i had pay bill whatever it is or they will disconnect it. They show the government employees power
