Not providing transformer

With due respect I want to inform u that the transformer of our village (halmari Radha grant) has burst by lighting one and half month back. We have submitted complaint to ( MORAN ELEC SUB DIV & DEMOW ELEC SUB DIV) about it . But till now they have not provided us any transformer ...
So I request u to please look into the matter and do the needful...

Wrong meter reading and excess bill

Sir, I regret to observe that the electricity bill which I received on 23march 2017 is too high and the bill shows wrong current meter reading 3885u.Till today the meter gives a current reading of 3750u. This is happen in the previous month also. I would, therefore, request you to be so good as to kindly make an enquiry into the matter and adjust the access amount in the next bill. About delp light distribution in kaliabor
Respected sir,
I would like to complain you that, according to apdcl DELP programme the consumer should get 2 led bulb in rupees 100 only, ...but in our Kaliabor ESD, the consumer paid 200rupees for 2 bulbs...so the electricity board take 100 rupees extra from the consumer...I also have paid 200 rupees for 2 bulbs,
Therefore I request you to kindly take action about Kaliabor esd on this topic...

Usage of electrical items remain same for all the months but still bill shooting up to so much is not possible
Please look into the matter, if possible please send someone from electricity board (jorhat, aasam) to check if some wrong connection there or some other technical issue

I live at kamakhaya temple road, near ganesh mandir, ghy -9 house no.36 . Sir their is a iron electric pole of high extension wires situated beside my land which is damaged and had a big hole in it . Also like to inform you that the same pole is their from last 30 years. So its becoming a threat to all local resident . So sir i request you to kindly look after the matter very seriously. And take immediate action

I am a resident of japorigog, guwahati -5 (Apdcl consumer no.[protected]) and would like to bring to your kind notice about the harassment faced by me and my family since the last 4 days due to non redressal of a complaint registered by me to the customer care no.[protected] of assam power distribution company limited (Apdcl).
The complaint of electricity failure at my residence was registered on 8/6/2016 and the docket no. Provided was [protected]. However, no lineman/technician has arrived till today (11/6/2016). During this period, i have repeatedly called up the customer care no. Twice on 8/6/2016 and once each on 9/6/2016 and 10/6/2016. The executives just kept giving false assurances and changed my docket no. To[protected].

APDCL — Unable to login with consumer number
New consumer number is[protected] and old consumer number is BMK-14 and it is not in APDCL online site. it is fake number given by APDCL. We need to know our bill in APDCL website. please make it available in login site. I am resident of Dhirenpara, Raghunathpath, Guwahati-25 comes under Fatasil Ambara electrical subdivision. We facing tremendiously due to low power voltage in the area. The matter was brought in the notice of AEE of the subdivision as we can not pull water by motor fans are rotating as windmeal we are to wait till night 12 for service of fan etc. etc. Immediately a transformer is to be installed in front of Raghunathpath, Dhirenpara to metigate the suffering of the people. It is the responsibility of APDCL to provide necessary voltage to their customers at par with other locality because they are not paying less then other customer who are getting full voltage. The matter needs immediate attention of the APDCL authority.
Sir, please remove the 33kv wire from my patta land at Barpalaha under Baihata Chariali subdivision which were pulled without my permission now I am constructing building which cause problem pl take immediate in removal of this wires.

Electricity bill overcharge

Dear Sir,
This is bring to your kind notice that we have face problems of my electricity bill, because every month we got extra charge with our bill, usually our bill amounts is not more then 300/- but last a couple of moth onwards they are cross all the limit and provide us a big amounts of with our bill
In September month bill amount is 6465/- then next day we went our electricity office and inform to them regarding of same issue
After that several time we are requesting to our electricity office for looking into that and taking care of necessary action on same but they are said tomorrow we will sending our person for check and solve the issue but still date they not sending any person and October month they are provide us again a big amounts with are bill
October bill amounts is 8463.62/-
We have little confusing in October moth they are not coming for check our miter riding then how can they are provide that amounts
Kindly let me tell you about that we have a small house and two member is leaving there and we are using two CFL bulb and one TV only
So I’m requesting you to all kindly look into that and take necessary action on the same

Illegal connection

I am a resident of Lapatul, Azara near Kali mandir. We have taken a new new sub line. I amal sarmah and Ratul Barua have taken electricity connection. But some people of that road has taken illegal connection in temporarary manner. They open the connection during day time and fix in the afternoon. For this we are suffering from power shortage. This is a subway connected in front o[censored]mesh Bora's House.

Non Receipt of Monthly Electricity Bill

We are facing serious problem from APDCL non receipt of electricity bill regularly. We stay just in Opposite to the APDCL Rajgarh road but we donot receive our electricity bill. After every four months we receive a cumulative bill which is a serious matter for us. After lodging verbal complaint to SDO no response is there. On 17th April we have received our 4 months due bill with a diconnection stamp in it. Please take the matter seriously.

Sub : Complaint against fraudulent charge of electric bills Meter No- APD 335801 & APD-33580.
Dear Sir
I am authorised by my wife, Mrs. L. P Senapati to complain against the APD company for imaginary electric charges as shown below.
1. The bill no. 1524308, from 1.10.14 to 1.11.14 for 31 days ne units were 468 payable amount Rs. 3487.00 average daily units cost Rs. 112.48.
2. Bill no[protected] from 2.12.14 to 9.1.15 for 39 days net units 721 total payable amount Rs. 5614.00 daily average unit cost Rs. 143.94.
3. Bill no. [protected] from 9.1.15 to 2.2.15 for 24 days net units 791 total payable amount Rs. 5868 daily average cost Rs. 244.50.
Having seen the anomalies in the past bills I have hung a notice board in front of the meter box door requesting the meter reader to note the meter units thereon.
The meter reader Shri Santosh noted meter No APD 33581 units 0056241 dt. 1.12.14. He did not note the units for the bill 2.12.14 to 9.1.15 and against the bill no[protected] period from 9.2.15.to 2.2.15 had shown an imaginary units against the bills. As he did not come personally last two times except one it is clear from the units that APD co. has been compelling the consumer to pay more and more increasingly monthly under the Ransom clause "Pay first then complain" without result. APDC Ltd. co. is charging amounts by fraudulent means from the consumer to enhance the income of the company not by honesty & efficiency.
Similar is the case of the meter no. APD 33580 consumer no. [protected] where increase of monthly amount is seen.
In West Bengal Govt. the noted units by the meter reader have been signed by the consumer.
It may be mentioned that I had lodged many complains in the past but the SDOs did not care to redress the complaints until the then chairman of ASEB Shri C. K Das took action by firing the meter readers who had given wrong units to office and as such time has come to take drastic action against the meter reader and the deliquent officer. However, please take immediate action for adjustment.

low voltage in our area

We are the residents of J.c girls school road, udharbond, cachar. We suffering low voltage problem from one year, we complaint about it more than 100 times but nothing action taking on it, last week we talk to the SDO of our area but till today nothing happen .
Sir, kindly look about this metter we pay every bill we pay service so we should get the service like other geting . Kindly take necessary step to solve the problem.

non-credit of amount

On 27th day of September 2013, I made payment of 3 nos. of electricity bill through online from IDBI Bank online banking facility, but the process was failed, then I made the payments in cash, but after 10th day the debited amount has not been credited back in my bank account. Kindly do the needfuls so that i can get my amount returned back as early as possible.

Negligence towards customer rights and delivery of low quality of voltage

with due respect i want to state that the area where i am residing is known as Satgaon Suryanagar which comes under Narangi sub division.Narangi sub division is responsible for providing electricity and maintenence in my locality.Sir i want draw your attention towards their lack of recognition to the needs of the consumers ,In summer season when there is total hot all round our fans moves very slow and light also emits very low luminosity i already walked and tried to submit my complaint to the SDO singly but he told me to write an application countersigned by all the residents in my locality and after that he will prepare an estimate which the public is liable to pay.Sir ,i am not a political person to gather people and ask for their signature (APDCL)they are the service providers and it is their duty to fulfill the satisfaction of their consumers.If they are not doing this then they are worth for punishment .Therefore,i humbly request you to take the needful action in this regard.

Our average bill comes to maximum of Rs 1000 per month. And all of a sudden with a bill amount < above mentioned amount> is very very strange and we don't use any kind of high consuming electronic appliances.
In fact intimation to the concerned department at sixmile location < Guwahati> has been done on 11.03.13 as per as their suggestion registered for a meter check as the meter might go wrong.
But till date nobody has entertained the issue and nobody has visited our location for meter check up. So till what time will we wait for the closure of the issue as the amount is out of capacity to bear without any specific and valid reason.
Hence request you to validate the issue on an urgent basis and do resolve it at earliest.

sir,
I found that the lights on pole in some areas such as madanapet and kurmaguda are glowing till 8 am in morning. I don't understand what is sense in power shedding when we can keep light on street in morning hours that also in summer.
i expect that in country like india we should not waste energy when govt. itself is cautioning us against power wastage.

APDCL — Non Upload of Electricity Bill
There is no updation of Electricity Bill from December'2013 of Jalukbari Sub division on mybijulibill.com. We are getting so much trouble to pay the bill online as residing outside assam. A huge amount of ARREAR comes due to non updation of the Electricity Bill on website. Please update urgently. So bad service jalukbari sub division y u people gvng the helpline number if no one can receive the phone.. shame on the guys who are working there they are jus sitting not working.. jus stop the helpline number i[censored] guys cant pickup the phn.
