Dear sir, i would like to draw your attention towards a problem i am facing for last 2 months against my apdcl, assam ambari fatashil customer id no [protected], last december i got an estimated excess bill about 1200 on visit to the billing section asking them to adjust the excess bill upon last year december 2017 unit upon on they said they cant do anything it would be determined upon computer progrmme basis whatever it is so they have given bill for 2722 and for last tow month getting 2722 bill, this part about excess billing.
Now main problem what i facing in replacement of faulty meter after paying the meter fee of 1300 rupees, they said there were no meter avialble right now you come after a week, visited after a week they again said meter would come on 10 feb then on enquiery again said come on 15th gone to 15 with dealing officer ambari, fatashil said meter came we have issued a meter on your name and given to line man rhaman you just call him give your address and he will replace, but for last 7 days this rahman saying this morning i am going to install dont wory then he dont turn up then agan i phone then he said i am coming evening this is what going on today he his saying i have gone to do tree cutting then i said i m going to complaint he said go do whatever you can do. Now tell me how long a meter when gone faulty it should get replaced and how long one need to pay excess bill month after month, i have wirttien complint to every where to cm, to pm to consumer frorum to apdcel but no avial, thats why writing you all take some action upon it
