[Resolved] Apex Services India — kent ro system | |||
On 11th april i called the kent ro service provider, apex has sent executive and he charged 4000k for repair and membrane change. This company is fraud and said they are authorised service center. After 1 week my purifier is not working again i called their complaint number and they said technician is come but he never turned out till date. And there executive stop taking calls of my number. This harrasment done by them.. They are fraud and making a kent ro company name down. We are facing lot of problem due to purifier.. I think company should take strict action against them. And my money should be refunded. Banned this company pls. They are frauds and making people fool. Please take a complaint against them. I request kent ro please provide me service. You have wrongly mapped the company in questioned to us.
