[Resolved] Apex Services India — one year maintenance free scheme for kent ro but they are cheating | |||
They told me that ur kent ro alarm, membrane, filter, and motor is not working and if you will change then it will cost you around 4500.. And if you purchase our one year maintenance scheme of 6000 then all of your mechanical fault, service and we will replace your old motor, membrane and alarm with new one under this scheme. But they did not change anything after i purchased there scheme. There customer care executive not even pic the phone and place my ph.in blacklist. No service, no maintenance, no answer,.
