Apollo Clinic — Poor dental treatment

Dear apollo team,

From 2015 to 2016, at apollo white dental madhapur (Referred from apollo clinic kothaguda).

My experience allow me to claim that i wasted my time and money because tooth implantation and fixing bridge, one after an other for a missing tooth, were failed within few days. The apollo dentists were failed to give me a treatment and apollo charged me for the failed/poor treatment. Finally i had to move other clinic to get relief from severe toothache, it was occurred due to carelessness during bridge fix by apollo dentist as one of bridge supporting tooth was left with infection. Still i feel that i was mentally tortured.

My case history: (How had apollo played with me)

On march 2015, i entered apollo clinic kothaguda for decayed tooth extraction. Where i was suggested to go for tooth implantation or bridge fix at the place of missing tooth. I opted tooth implantation after having discussion over pros/cons of both treatments with dentist and paid the fees i. E. 32k as whole including cap/crown at kothaguda only. And then my case was transferred to apollo white dental madhapur for tooth implantation.

At apollo white dental madhapur, the dentist asked me to wait for 2-3 months to get heal at the place of tooth extraction.

Dentist fixed the root as part of implantation on august 2015 and put the crown on december 2015. This implantation was failed within 2 months as i felt some mobility and contacted at the same time. Dentist cleaned the collected puss and extracted the tooth and confirmed me that tooth implantation is failed. And asked me to wait again for 4 months to get heal back it for re-implantation or fixing the bridge.

Then dentist suggested me to go for bridge fix instead of tooth implantation and i agreed with him. The dentist fixed the bridge in second attempts on september 2016. Again within 2-3 months, this bridge was taken away to cure infected tooth i. E. One of supporting the bridge.
