I have chosen whole body check up for my Mom in apollo clinic with belief that apollo is very good and trusted hospitals. Day started with a rude reception person, he is very arrogant. Sono mammography is not available in nizampet location which is not informed to me by clinic or by customer service. Receptionist simply answered “go to other location” for this test. Am i taking the tests freely? Can’t they check before whether all are available or not and can’t they inform me upfront that this service is not available. Breakfast is really worst and i see like they are bringing from roadside, salt content is high in chutney and idly. Very pathetic service. For tmt test we need to wait for 4 hours and this is very worst service i have ever seen in my life. I would try to suggest everyone not to go for health checkup to apollo. We have paid around 8k for tests. For ultrasound bladder is full but doctor is not here and i don’t know how much time we have to wait.
