Apollo Clinic — Unprofessional and irresponsible service

Issue - Please note the highly unprofessional behaviour of Apollo Clinic - Jessore Road. I had got my father's testing (Chest X ray) done on Sunday 31 Jan 2021 as per doctors advise. I got a receipt which said that report collection time for Sunday is next day 7-8PM.

However, when I came to collect the report today (Monday, 1st Feb 2021) at 7:10PM, I saw the shutters are down. I called on the number provided and was told that they have changed the report collection time and they will not be able to give reports today. I told them that the bill mentions this time but they said that it's not possible to update the bill. They said that there is a disclaimer in the bill that the time can change. I asked for escalation matrix to complaint and seniors number but did not get it. The center was open and the employees left from back gate after 7:30PM but they did not give the reports. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour and that is why i believe other centres (local and small) are doing much better than Apollo (pan india and big).

Have raised complaint in Apollo clinic site site as well and such is the system that have got no ticket number.

Infact, the email address provided in the bill and the site do not match which clearly indicates that the intent is questionable.
