Hello Team,

We have taken vaccination in Apollo hospital. We have got handwritten bills. My company has rejected the same as asking for computerized Bill. I have sent a mail to Apollo Hospital ([protected]@apollohospitals.com) and I didn't get any response from them on the same.

For any issues related to COVID vaccination certificates, please Whatsapp the followings on given number[protected]

1. Brief description of the problem- Text not received/Certificate cannot download/still shows unvaccinated in cowin/vaccine name different in the certificate

2. Photo of Copy of bill and (as proof of vaccine received at our center)

3. Photo of Covid passport given by us. (as proof of vaccine received at our center)
