I am ratna bati dey, uhid.3615608. My both knees were operated on 26.10.2017. After dressing (3 days post surgery), i wanted to visit doctor and for that i had to wait for 5 and half hours to see the doctor after dressing. I was screaming in pain but the secretary, usha intentionally denied me to see the doctor. Ms usha does not have/know the abc of humanity. She is not professional at all. She talks much and works less.
I visited dr rakesh reddy on 30.11.2017 and repeteadly requested dr rakesh shetty to prescribe physiotherapy (As prescribed for other patient, mrs. Thakuria, operatd on the same day with me and the problem was also same. She was prescrived lots of physiotherapy by dr rakesh shetty), but he did not pay much attention to me. Dr rakesh shetty told that he would come down to guwahati on 05.11.2017, so, we came back from chennai to guwahati on 02.11.2017 and i had to travel to jorhat in assam, as it would be very difficult to stay alone upto 05.11.2017 at guwahati. With dr rakesh shetty's consent, i went to jorhat and got the stitch removed by local orthopaedician. I could not be present at guwahati on 05.11.2017 as it is 300 km from guwahati and travelling up and down with both knees operated is very difficult. Dr rakesh shetty pushed pain killer injection to other patients on 05.11.2017, who came for stitch removal etc and who was operated in both knees same as me. I was suffering from severe pain, so i requested dr rakesh shetty throough sms to prescribe the injection for reducing pain as pushed to other patients operated at the same day for same reason. But dr rakesh shetty replied me as "u know u and ur problem. Ur visit is due in dec 9 in guwahati. Call me 6.30pm for any queries". I am very upset with dr shetty's behaviour as i came to jorhat after taking his permission only. If the operating doctor behaved like this, where can we go.. We become helpless.. Even after operation, doctor never talked to us.. My drip was stopped.. I had to call the nurse myself to make it operational.. Secy usha is very uncooperative.. The whole team behaved as they are running after increasing the no of operation cases.. Very upset with the serices..
I was prescribed a medicine called nitrophage sachet by dr. A t mohan. On 1st day, it was not available in the main pharmacy in ground floor of main building. Pharmacy people told that they would arrange it the next day. We again went to the pharmacy on 2nd day, but the medicine was not available. Just the staffs in the pharmacy were asking one to another. Atlast they told it would be available next day (3rd day) positively. We went on 3rd day, but medicine was not available. We went two more days to the pharmacy for vain. If medicines are not in the stock, they can contact the doctor and can give other brand with same composition. You know, for a single time, going to the pharmacy and taking medicines took around 2-3hours. Imagine how much time was spent in vain. The service of the pharmacy is very poor, almost all the patients are very unhappy with the service of the pharmacy. Why apollo can not open another pharmacy in the main building...
I have narrated everything, now please tell what to do. I can not walk properly. I have more pain in the right knee. Will somebody help me..
We went to see dr madan mohan reddy, but we could meet him only once. Even after surgery, he did not meet us. Whenever, we were sent inside, we found dr rakesh shetty.in the prescription, other paper, dr madan mohan reddy’s name is there, but these are being used by dr rakesh shetty. After dressing also, when we went inside, dr madan mohan reddy was not there. Our purpose was to see dr madan mohan reddy. For this purpose only, we went to apollo, chennai from guwahati via flight. We paid a substantial amount for airfare, the purpose was to get treated by dr madan mohan reddy...
Now, i am in a precarious position. Both knees operated, left knee is little ok but there is too much pain in right knee... I donot know where to apprpach.. Since dr rakesh shetty has replied in a negative and avoiding way, where should i go now.. Please advise... Thank you
