[Resolved] Apollo Hospital — service complaint on health check up department

I have come for a check-up and waiting for more than 1 hour for the service however they are not able to service me due to technical database related issues.
After 1:30 hrs i requested to proceed with the tests and i could pay the bill before i leave as doing multiple breast cancer related tests would take lot of time but the in charge mrs lalitha doesn't even wanna speak to me to make things working.
Hospital like apollo have become a business center no moral, no ethics n no hospitality for their patient.
Also being a technical person i understand upating things in the database may take some time but not more than i hour if it does you should probably think of alternative backend experts.
Department head could have considered this as special case as technical issue was from hospital's end proceed with my tests with a temporary bill or i pay the bill after the tests as i won't run away without paying the bill which was as low as rs2500.
I hope strict action should be taken on such in charge and adecuate trannings should be provided on how to deal with such situations, some time we need to amend the protocols based on situation.
If it was only to follow hospital's protocol then better to deploy robots than human resources..
It will work faster n more efficiently without any break.
I will surely share my experience with all my colleagues and friends.
