Apollo Munich Health Insurance — chasing for refund

Hi,

On dated 15/11. I have booked a poilcy from policy bazaar of apollo munich, have made payment of 11802 /- against transaction i'd - [protected], and reference i'd is[protected]... Very next day when i chase status of policy than come to know that need to submit about 2505 /- due bmi.. Initally which was not discussed... I don't want to proceed with policy and need my refund immediately. Getting always new committment from your executive.
