We went to maharaj agrasen hospital at 4.20 am in morning of 3rd november 2018, because of the reason that the the patient was restless due to severe pains in the chest, and was not able to stand properly. And even not able to breath properly and she is having pain like hell
Patient was in emergency doctor gave her many injections and medicinices but nothing worked it out so doctor piyush jindal adviced us to that they need to admit her immediately the patient was admitted in the maharaja agrasen hospital delhi punjabi bagh by dr. Bb chanan and subhash gupta, the senior most heart specialist, because of the reason that the the patient was restless due to severe pains in the chest, and was not able to stand properly. And even not able to breath properly and she is having pain like hell
As the patient was unstable doctor advised admission, n the patient was admitted.
Doctor was kind enough to get arrange the heart related tests done immediately along with ct scan study for heart and chest.
Because of the results of the reports being normal, n the patient was stable with the medication through out the day n the night, doctor advised discharge from the hospital the very next day.
This seems to be the reason of the rejection of our claim, we should have stayed in the hospital for a couple of days on the expense of apollo n the
Then sent our papers of claim,
Because of the fact that the learned doctor advised discharge immediately after he found the patient being stable n the pains diminished, your company rejected our claim presuming that the required tests could have been done without hospitalization.
How could your doctors sitting miles away from the hospital decide whether the patient required hospitalization or not is a big mystry.? On what basis they have challenged the decision taken by a doctor of the repute of dr. Bb chanan and subhash gupta.
The decision taken by the insurance company is desperate n absolutely prejudiced,
We want justice n our claim be passed.
And most important thing
On the very next day the pain again started and it was not bearable again we took the patient to sir ganga ram hospital delhi in the prence of senior doctor mr bobby singh and again they done many tests like mri and many blood tests and again they have done ct scan for chest and they have found that there is water in the lungs and many blood clots in lungs due to this she is having short of breath and high pain in chest now we have again applied for three times for claim approval we have also mentioned the doctor priscription that why they have admitted the patient but again the claim is rejected 3 times i donot know what they are doing

I am writing this mail with deep anguish and much concern that your company had given mental stress to me and my family. It is a most lethargic approach by your company without putting your selves in the shoes of the claimant.
