Apollo Munich Health Insurance — member addition not happen even after 6 month

This member addition request was registered almost 6 months back. All the asked formalities were fulfilled then and time by time whenever it was asked.
I have followed up 100's times by calling your customer care but never got satisfactory response. Now still it is on same stage. Since i came to you through policy bazaar, i approached them also many times for this 1 week task which has taken almost 24 weeks.

Whatever is the process, it should have never taken that time. There is always some sla in every process in the every service industry.

Now i am fed up in that stage that i want to withdraw my request of member addition. Kindly reimburse my amount 4070 in same account.
