Apollo Munich Health Insurance — my policy has not been renewed.

My policy id ea00325052 was due for renewal in july. I had already pay the premium before the expiry day in canara bank, jagat farm gamma 2 branch, greater noida as i was instructed by concerned person of apollo munich, mr. Abhijheet (Area manager of canara bank apollo munich insurance).
After one and half month when i enquired about the status of renewal in customer care, i was told my policy is pending due to shortage of premium.
The again i contacted mr. Abhijeet, he told me to pay rest amount in the account and i did the same. This was done in aug 2018.
Now this is month of november, i have not recieved my policy yet.
So i request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
