Respected sir, i beg to informed you that policy of mr. sambhu jha was ported from oriental insurance company on 10 march 2017 in optima restore floater policy no. [protected], premium-20747 till this date he have not brought any commission neither any message and my agency code no. 80186624umesh solanki attached with shakti nagar branch regarding that contact shakti nagar branch manager but not given satisfactory reply to this matter and similar in two both case mr. rakesh kumar policyno.
