[Resolved]  Apollo Munich Health Insurance — pathetic customer service & after sales support

Took apollo munich insurance through citibank joint agreement plan. Had the below queries and tried to reach them by all possible means through email, local no, online chat with no luck... No one cares to support or even local agents based out of kerala is not willing to help as they claim its not sold directly and thru an associate bank. So trying this last resort after 1 year waiting...

I need some to revert back to me by email ([protected]@yahoo.com) and get a manager who can look into policy taken thru citibank;

Policy no: 160100/11170/c[protected]

A. Add my twin daughters born in 2016 to the existing policy.

B. Top up the overall policy coverage to an optimum value to cover 5 o[censored]s.

C. Correct my mobile no. Which was wrongly entered initially and im unable to update online as the otp goes to an non existing no.

D. Cancel my current auto debit facility.

E. Any feature/facility upgrade facility for the current plan to cover critical illness as well.

F. Can i change support for existing policy to any local apolollo munich office based in kerala as it seems its now locked to citibank only.
