Sir/Madam, I purchased this family mediclaim policy online on the 13 aug 2013. Now when I submitted my claim they are denying to accept the "Discharge summary" issued by the hospital. The hospital says that they cannot change their format as per the different requirements of different health insurance companies. The lab report they asked I sent on 4th December 2013. Now they seem to be trying to find excuses not to settle the claim. The other policy details are written below.
