I have purchased medicines from your pharmacy at ponneri on 09/06/2018. The bill amount after deducting the concession amount was rs.430/- i paid the amount through my paytm account. Instead of deducting rs.430/- the said amount was deducted twice from my wallet. Ie. Rs rs. 430/- was deducted excess from my paytm wallet. When i asked the in charge of your ponneri outlet he asked for two days time to settle the matter. When i approached him again on 12/06/18 at ponneri apollo pharmacy he again asked for another two days time. But still the matter remains unresolved. Get me the excess amount back immediately. If no remedy is done on your part there is no way for me except to approach the consumers forum to get justice. This is for your kind information. My phone no. Is [protected]. Name ravi b

Updated by Ravi Bhavanishankar I am ravi mobile no.[protected]. I purchased medicine from your ponneri pharmacy worth rs.430/-. After deducting 10% discount. While i was trying to pay the bill from my paytm wallet instead of deducting rs.430 the said amount was deducted twice from my wallet in two spells. The in charge of your outlet assured to set right the thing in 2 days. But 6 days have gone by. Still the excess amount deducted from my paytm wallet was nor refunded. If the matter remains unresolved there's no way for me except to approach the consumers forum to get justice in this regard. Please do the needful immediately. This is for your kind information.
