[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — paid through paytm amount deducted but not received by shopkeeper

I brough some medicines from apollo pharmacy ichapur manicktala pushpa apartment pin 743144. I paid through paytm amount is deducted and money is not received by shopkeeper. Then he hanged his computer and i had to pay cash. Moreover he did a mistake in billing. I didn't got any discount nor any bill. He was behaving badly. Amount deducted is 380.60 rs. When will i receive my money back. Tell me please
