[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Rude staff behavior and no sanitizer for customers | |
I am Vignesh from Alangulam, Tenkasi dt, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday I went to Apollo Pharmacy at Alangulam. After my purchase the guy who billed did not ask whether it is a cash or card payment. Then I said I want to do a card payment, but the boy said to the other staff that he selected cash. Immediately another girl working there said the POS machine is not working. Then I gave cash after that I insisted them that they have confirm with the customer for the type of payment before billing. Suddenly a boy and girl employee started yelling at me saying I have to confirm the payment method. I said I didn't know your system or procedure so it's your due process to confirm it with the customer. Their behavior was so rude. Then they neglected me and looked after Their work.They did not had sanitizer for customer use, when I asked for sanitizer they did not replied at all. There were more than 6 employees at that time. About 3 of them did not wear a mask. They are not at all following the government protocol. When I questioned them they are simply neglecting me and looked after other customers. Kindly take necessary action. Thanks
