[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — worst and rude behaviour by branch incharge | |
Hi team Please provide support for the brand name "apollo" I have bought medicine on 13/8/2019 @ apollo pharmacy jp nagar 7th phase opp to elita, bangalore[protected]. As instructed by doctor we need to change the tablets. So i requested to exchange the tablet with the branch staff. And their response was no exchange as i have done payment mode by phonepay. I have checked with customer care and they said we can exchange even if we have made with digital transaction. I have visited again to the shop for exchange (But i have lost the bill) with sms copy which i received while making payment bill no ws0007533. After requesting i got very worst & rude behaviour from the branch incharge that he can’t exchange without bill which never expected from the apollo pharmacy. Requesting you to do the needful on this. Also requesting you to educate the staff that how to treat the customers and also they are aware of the exchange policies.
