Dear Sir
I have bought Hyundai Venue car on 29 January, 2022 from Mohali. Only after only two and half months my brand new car tyre has been burst. I have contacted Hyundai and they sent me to the Apollo Tyres Ltd Karnal. On 19th April, 2022 I raised a complaint in Apollo Tyres Karnal office.
They inspected it and as they usual they said this tyre can't be covered under the warranty as it has been damaged by possible external object. While there was no such things happened. They clearly refused to cover the tyre under the warranty.
I thought I should not argue with them and should buy a new tyre.
But now only after 15 days when I was going somewhere on highway, my car tyre burst again. This is also brand new tyre that I got with my new Hyundai Venue car. There was not potholes, no external things, tyre pressure was perfect. My car was not in high speed so I and my family manage to survive otherwise anything could be happened with us.
Now I am sure that there is a manufacturing issue in the Apollo car tyres. My car hardly 3 months old and 5000 km runs. How new tyres can burst one by one only in 3 months.
I again raise a complaint in the Apollo Tyres Karnal office(Haryana) and as usual they prepared a report that the tyre burst due to external object.
I am in shock and now planning to move to consumer court. Because they not only given the faulty tyres, I and my family's life was in danger due to this company's tyres.
I am attaching related documents and If didn't get any resolution, I'll file a case against the company as their officials clearly deny their fault and refused to cover the new tyres under the warranty.
