APPLE NOT REPLACING THE HANDSET UNDER WARRANTY WITH A SOFTWARE ISSUE BELOW IS THE MAIL IVE SENT THEM MULTIPLE TIMES & EVEN TODAY !! Dear Apple, You guys told me that you would revert me on saturday...today is Wednesday. I hope you understand weekdays /weekends and ur commitments. There is no revert from anyone . Apple is creating a bad impression for its own. I'm trying to call the customer service number but it's goin on a voice mail. What is this all? WHY CONNING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY? Nobody reverts nor any one is acknowledging my mails. This is utter crap and ignorance of your responsibilities and commitments. How long do you expect customers to chase you guys? IT'S HIGH TIME. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHEN I CANT OPEN THE PHONE, HOW CAN ANYONE MANUALLY AFFECT IT INTERNALLY ? WHICH HENCE PROVES THAT THERE IS AN INTERNAL SOFTWARE PROBLEM FROM YOUR END. SO WHY DELAYING IT. RESOLVE THE PROBLEM INSTANTLY. I SUPPOSE ANY TOP CLASS BRAND WOULD DO THAT WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSTANT SOLUTION.
