Apple India — Apple iphone service - connaught place delhi

My apple iphone has technical problem but they are not resolving my problem, only they are spoiling my time. I have visited there 4-5 times but they are not giving me right response. And one more thing is they have been set wrong imei on my mobile after that they accept it it was company mistake and now they are again not resolving my problem. Please help me.
