Manager there took earpods n told us to collect thenew after a week. When we revisited, they said "we can't replace as earpods have heavy scratches". Now, went back to showroom, the manager said service center man is a heavy drunker n insane, u should use abusive lang with him if want to get your earpods replaced. We agin went to ser. Cet and requested him for replacement but he refused bluntly ntold us to contact h. O. And upper applestaff. Now, my question is:should we become gali type gundas if we want to buy apple phones, and should masters in abusive lang. To get replacements done in gurante time.
