Apple India — Bad experience - buying of apple iphone 7 plus

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased the following items from your store (Iplanet inorbit mall, whitefield bangalore 560066 http://www.iplanetstore.in/) on nov 30th 2016 bill no 1341.

1.0 iphone 7 plus 32 gb black imei [protected]

2.0 apple silicone case sp14037

3.0 chimera tempered glass 5050585

I have asked for the replacement of the apple silicone case with different colour (As all these items has been received by me as a gift) black instead of red.

After visiting the store on dec 03rd, the sales team blindly refused to exchange the item and no alternative solution has been provided. The possible reason is that there are no alternatives available in the store.

I have left the apple silicone case at the store itself. There is no need of exchange/refund now. Please use the cover as per your convenience.

This mail is written to convey the bad experience encountered for the apple product.

Written a email to apple id but there is only auto reply and there is no way of written communication found. Not sure how to communicate to apple also.

Hope to get the better after sales experience for the apple product.
