Apple service center support(ambala city)(haryana) is so unsatisfactory, inadequate and negligent towards customers that they made apple reputation down,

i bought this apple phone iphone 7

on 23rd feb 2017,
my charging cable is not working properly with this phone now

buying it for rs 70, 000, apple people are not giving any satisfactory service now.
They refusing to replace my charging cable without any reasonable reason.

Please i request you to kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
