Apple India — Fraud charges on my credit card from apple

From last two months.. Apple is charging me rs. 1850 every month and i am not getting any invoice.. Without my permission and access how they can do this and they are not updating me or giving me refund.. I have not registered for anything.. Whenever i call them they are putting my call on hold and not answering properly.. This is a security breach.. They are misusing the card details just to earn money,,
