Apple India — I phone 6 battery change

Hello apple,

I went to apple authorised store in my home town vijayawada, this is the address of the store — 39-1-50 & 52, 1, mg rd, opposite malabar gold, vijayawada, andhra pradesh 520010.

I went there to change my i phone 6 battery, recently i updated it, after that i encountered my battery is draining faster. I heard from my friend that change of battery costs 2000 right now and thats an apple offer.

The store guy seems like he is not interested to change battery, so initially he told me to connect my iphone to itunes and software update again, i did it, and then he said he wants to background check my phone so that he will tell me what exactly the problem for that he gonna charge 600 rs, and then he said once he decided my battery is bad enough to change, he has to order it and get it once he receive the order it gonna take 5 more days to change the battery.
I felt so disgusting to hear this story.

Next day my friend went to change his iphone 7 battery, he told the same story to him, my friend called and said to me that he gave up his idea of changing his battery and decided not to buy apple products again in the future.

So i decided to take this story to the higher authority so that this will change for the next customers.
