Dear Concern being one of your loyal customer over a decade now.i purchased iphone 11few month back.in the begining the screen touch was moving in my pocket since i went to the authorised service centre in delhi.the techi did some screen test and tole me it is ok.he did not pay much attention.i have realised it has been doing the samething over a month.it is extremely strange that u treat your loyal customers like this.kindly help and sort the issue out.our else i might take a legal action.because we have almost ten o[censored]r devices .nothing happened till today.so being your loyal customer you should please learn to take care of me.
