Apple India — Iphone 6 plus | |||
Hi, I have bought an Apple Iphone 6 Plus at Pune India, one month back. It's still in Warranty period. I have handled the phone with extreme care; however, recently, I observed a bend in the phone body, which makes the screen/display pop out a little. I visited a nearby Service Center (Unicorn Aundh) and they refuse to even examine my set. Upright they concluded it is a physical damage caused by mishandling/misuse (which is obviously not the case, because I have never dropped the phone or mishandled it). They said they will replace the set and it will cost me 25000 INR. I am not sure what can be the cause of a physical damage which can make the phone bend, without breaking it (not even a scratch on the display). I also wonder why i should be charged for a replacement under warranty period. I even called the Customer Care Toll free no. They are not ready to listen to the problem or willing to provide any service for it. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too submitted my phone to Unicon aundh and they said same thing to me without examine.somehow they have taken the phone into consideration but after 4 days I got a call from apple care as well as unicon saying you need to pay 20500 rs to get a new phone.
Kindly help me if you get any solution
