Apple India — IPhone 6s complaining about updating

I have recently purchased iPhone 6s from an iPhone distributor.. I have some issues in updating apps it is asking about some Apple ID password... I have complained about this to the distributor I have purchased but they are not responding... I have Also call to ur customer care number but they are not responding also... We are also thinking to purchase iPhone 7 but watching the issues in this phone we are having doubt to purchase... I think I have waste my money in purchasing ur Apple phone... As ur customer care are also not responding... Customer care number is for help to customer but I think Apple customer care could not helping their customer...I request u to improve ur customer care and solve my problem as possible as... Thank you
