Iphone hardware problem occur. Apple said 1 year warranty but they were not covering. I want help i purchase my iphone at imagine store jaipur -302020

When i went the service center refuse and says its physical damaged.

But its has warranty of 1 year so help me solve the problem and take quick decission.

That no one bear this problem take action

Today 18-04-17 at 16:30 my iphone 5s switched off still it is not on what can i do for this i will try to on but it still off so please advice me how to repair it at your service center. iphone 5s purchase date is 19.06.2016 my iphone 5S IMEI-[protected], S/N-SDX3RN54AFRC5 Silver (Gaurav Gupta)
