Apple India — Macbook m1 air

Macbook air m1 bought in september 2021, started showing display error exactly one month after warranty. There was no accidental physical or liquid damage. It stopped working suddenly as I was working on it and then showed multiple lines on the display. The service centre also admitted that there is technical issue of apple and not beacuse of any damage by the user. But since it just got after warranty I'll be charged 34k for it. I had a conference to attend on 4th october 2022 wherein I needed this laptop and money. This whole situation gave me huge mental distress and financial liability. I bought macbook on a student discount from my savings and all modifications (extra expenditure) only to be charged 34k again only after one year for the damage which is not even my fault.

I have attached the following:
1. invoice of the article bought
2.email conversations with service centre
3. pictures of display of macbook
4. confirmation letter of my conference

I want a atleast refund of the repair cost and compensation for the mental stress caused by this damage beacuse I wont be able to attend international conference which was very important for my career.
