Apple India — macbook pro - yellow screen problem

My mac is under warranty and it has been given to the service center 2 times still the problem is not resolved.
The service center guys had clearly asked me to get a replacement of the mac and i am following the same from 1 month,
Every time i had spoken with different customer-care executive and then the senior guy, the only thing i use to get was that my problem will be solved and a date.
This is totally not accepted, and today i got a call where the solution is that i have to use the laptop as it is, and they cannot do or give any further support in this matter.
