Apple India — Manufacturing defect | |||||
I have purchased Apple Iphone 5s in April, after successful completion of 2 month of its journey it is showing problem in touch. icare from adyar, Chennai said that there is some liquid found while inspection. I want to know that if mobile were never i contact with any of the liquid, than how come their is a defect in touch. The mobile is in Warranty than also i have to pay 21786/- INR. What a waste product if it is not sustaining the environment moisture. Please look after the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
