My left panel of earpods was not working. there is no cut or physical damage on the ear pods except the rubber at connecting area is little loose Because o[censored]sage (poor manufacturing) . The store advisers didn't consider it under warranty for such a silly excuse. Deceived me by giving some job sheet and asked to connect customer care and they will coordinate Which is not a way out as per customer care guidelines. Now i have to visit the service centre again and get them connected with customer care support.
