Apple India — mobile not received since 2 months - given for repair through insurance

Dear sir,

We have taken insurance for apple 6s mobile, due to screen breakage we have given the mob for repair in insurance.
Due to bad quality work and problem in touch screen, we have again given the mobile for repair.
Its since 2 months, i have not recieved the mobile back.
The insurance company is apps u need!
