Apple India — My i phone 6, is display problem service center people not responding properly

My name is sai i am big fan of apple products, 6months back i purched a iphone6, from last one month my display is problem suddenly appering horizontal and vertical lines coming and going, then i visited service center in vijayawada, they daily wasted my time, day 1, there is no crakes on my screen my in report they given there is crakes bottom of the screen warrenty not come,
Day 2, i asked to representative where is creak on my phone show me, then his replay crakes means not crakes unvisable scratches sir thats why screen not working warrenty not come, im fully irreted what problem to my phone for warrenty
